Lift Your VOICE? Your Turn to SHARE

So if you followed me last week, you may have noticed that I did a lot of writing and a lot of searching. I wrote about my experiences, good or bad, to expose my journey and encourage other young woman to do the same. Often, I do a lot of the sharing and not much asking, and so, I would like to turn the tables and invite my followers to do the writing!!!

I know, we are all very busy, and I am the only crazy one, but I believe we all have a story or inspiring word for another sister, and so, I want you to do that!

I want all my followers to use one of my journeys from last week to share your thoughts, feelings, story, inspiration, or something! Think about your OWN bootcamp! As a young woman, what has been helpful in your life of relationships, spiritual growth, etc. SHARE YOUR STORY!!! We said from the beginning we had a greatness to achieve and I believe we cannot reach that greatness until we learn how to connect with each other and share our lives and own lessons learned! I am leaving it in YOUR HANDS! You never know, we could start a movement of strong links, sharing, inspiring, and believing that A YOUNG WOMAN'S BOOTCAMP starts today, right now, with US!

  1. From my Sister...
    (Hebrews 11:1, KJV)

Developing a strong sense of self has been my most important life lesson to date. I have learned to express my desires though others may disagree. I have learned to temper my disappointments with my achievements. I have learned to fight fair with the people who are most important in my life and remember they have loved me through all of my foolishness. I have learned/am learning how to be a little sister to my big sister. I used to give my big sister a hard time because I thought she wanted to run my life. I no longer believe that. She has my best interest at heart and become fiercely protective when she sees things that I can not (or let’s keep it very real; will not). I love that crazy girl. I am still learning how to be a big sister though…it’s not easy. I am still learning how to be more flexible when I must change my plans both in life and hell just for the day! I must tell all the sisters, cousins, uncles, and brothers that every now and then I do have a rough day. On those days where it seems doubt and uncertainty are winning the battle; I fight back with bigger dreams and much larger determination.
    I am grateful.

  2. I would like to share my experience with relationships..... I am engaged at this point and have been going through pre-marital counseling classes with my fiance. I never thought I would get married. I felt I was too strong, too stubborn, too mean, too independent, and I was fine with that. I've learned from my class that being independent and happy with yourself is the perfect time to be married. Knowing and loving yourself and excepting nothing less from anyone else makes you the perfect candidate to give love. Because I had so much love for myself and knew how I should be loved, I had soooo much more to give. Reflecting love, positivity, and confidence is very attractive and made my fiance attract to me.

I love your blog nicole, keep writing!!
